Prices

We do our best to keep our prices low enough so as not to take an uncomfortable chunk out of your wallet while keeping the integrity of the villas in place.

We do not have competition on the island but we can compare a bit. The most expensive place on the island is the hotel Agio Nissi, whose prices can reach up to 200 euro per night (average is around 140), and the very inexpensive Rooms to Let, which are plentiful on the island and can run as low as 30 euro per night. The average Room to Let prices range from 60 to 90 euro per night. A studio apartment with a kitchenette (a small refrigerator, a portable electric stove, and a few cups for coffee) and bathroom can be over 90 euro per night.

Considering what we provide in our villas, our location and especially our views, our prices are very competitive and comfortable.

Prices are listed per apartment. This way you can choose exactly what need and calculate the costs. There are no hidden costs here. What you see is what you get.

Minimum stay of 3 nights or more and all prices are in euro (€).

• July – mid September: €140/night
• Mid September to Mid Oct: €90/night
